OUR QUALITY

Quality is our highest priority. We pride ourselves on producing high quality parts that meet or exceed the customer expectation. Our full time inspectors routinely conduct first article inspections, in-process inspections with the machine operators, and inspect 100% of the finished parts produced in our shop to ensure that the parts are well within the customer requirements.

Our inspection equipment which is calibrated on a periodic basis ensures the accuracy requirement. We can handle both English and Metric prints and provides any level of reporting requirements to our customers, such as material certifications and final inspection reports.

EMI is equipped with variety of measuring instrument & gauges such as CMM machine, height gauge, and profile projector.
